Hearing on $7,500 Minor Injury Cap

At 10 am tomorrow, Nova Scotia's Insurance Regulator is holding a hearing to hear submissions about the impacts of the new $7,500 Cap on Car Accident Injury Claims. You can read my earlier post on this topic here.

On Monday September 28, 2010 there was a four vehicle accident on Highway 104 near Oxford, Nova Scotia.
